Trying new things!!

How exiting it is to try new things!! and as a self taught artist is extra scary! 

This is acrylic and colored pencil on wood :)

 My sweet boyfriend is building our new room :D so he gave me some off cuts of the wood.

As you can see my inspiration was the movie Coco Before Chanel :),

 I love her style , and she was an inspiring woman!

 Inspirations may also be accompanied with lessons...


I must learn to sand the wood better for start, the Acrylics dry fast, but i just found out that they are products that help to retard the speed dried, and another thing ...buy a  protector for the wood after finish the painting!
