A new friend :)

I am a watercolor person, but I have been curios for a while about gouache.

So I am trying to learn, and I have to say ...I quite like it!. So I think this is the beginning of a new friendship :). Dont be jealous watercolor, you are my queen... Anyway this is my first try and my sketch.


Lesson: 
OK,  Is good to know that gouache dried very fast...I will say faster than watercolors , the finish is matt , now i understand why is been called as a "opaque watercolor"
